We currently deliver to select areas in Bhopal, Indore, and Delhi NCR. Delivery availability may vary based on your specific location. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your delivery address on our website.
We offer delivery during specific time windows, which you can select during checkout. While we strive to deliver within your chosen time window, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we are unable to deliver your order because you are not available at the delivery address during the chosen time window, we will leave a note with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your order. If your order includes perishable items that cannot be safely left unattended, we may need to return these items to our facility, in which case you may incur a redelivery fee.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinMantra, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, including your account, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms, is harmful to other users of the Service, or is in violation of applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this section will preclude the parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and FinMantra regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
